How to Use Laudem IcePulse™ IPL

Step 1: Preparation

Shave the treatment area thoroughly before use. Clean and dry the skin completely. Do not apply lotions, oils, deodorants, perfumes, or other topical products before treatment.

Step 2: Powering On

Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet, then connect the DC cord to the port located at the base of the device.

Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds. The display screen will illuminate and the internal cooling fan will start, indicating that the device is in standby mode.

Step 3: Adjust Intensity Level

Begin with Level 1 for first-time use or when treating a new area. To adjust the intensity level, press the power button briefly to cycle through the available energy levels. Increase gradually based on skin comfort and tolerance.

Step 4: Choose Treatment Mode

Manual Mode / Single Flash: Recommended for smaller or more precise areas such as the upper lip, chin, underarms, bikini line, fingers, and toes.

Auto Mode / Auto-Glide: Recommended for larger areas such as the legs, arms, chest, stomach, and back.

Step 5: Treatment Application

Place the treatment window flat against the skin to ensure full contact.

• In Manual Mode, press the large flash button on the front of the handle to release each individual flash.

• In Auto Mode, hold down the flash button while the device remains in contact with the skin, then glide slowly and evenly across the treatment area.

Do not flash repeatedly over the exact same area during the same session.

Step 6: Post-Treatment Care

After treatment, apply a soothing moisturizer or aloe gel if needed. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours after treatment and apply SPF when the treated area may be exposed to sunlight.

Step 7: Powering Off

Press and hold the power button again for approximately 3 seconds to turn off the device.

The display screen will turn off, but the internal fan may continue running for approximately 10–30 seconds to cool down the internal components.

Once the fan stops completely, unplug the adapter from the power source.

Recommended Treatment Schedule

• Weeks 1–4: Use once weekly

• Weeks 5–8: Use every 1–2 weeks

• Maintenance: Use as needed to maintain results

• Always start at the lowest intensity level and increase gradually.

• Use Manual Mode for smaller areas and Auto Mode for larger areas.

• The large front button controls the flash function.

• Keep the treatment window flat against the skin before flashing.

• Do not use on irritated, sunburned, broken, or recently treated skin.
