Professional Pricing Troubleshooting

Dermafirm USA professional pricing is available only to customers with an active Professional Account.

Step 1 — Confirm you are logged in

Please make sure you are logged into the same email address associated with your approved Dermafirm USA Professional Account. If you are not logged in, the website will display regular retail pricing.

Step 2 — Check the $200 professional minimum

Professional orders require a minimum purchase of $200 at professional/wholesale pricing.

If the qualifying professional order is below $200, professional pricing may no longer apply and the products may display or revert to regular retail pricing.

Please add enough qualifying professional products to bring the professional order total to at least $200.

Step 3 — Previously had professional pricing but it has disappeared

Professional accounts must remain active by placing at least $200 in qualifying wholesale purchases every 90 days.

If you previously had professional pricing but no longer see it, your professional access may have become inactive. Please contact Dermafirm USA so we can review and reactivate your Professional Account if eligible.

Step 4 — Cart is over $200 but checkout still shows retail pricing

If you are logged into an active Professional Account and your qualifying professional order is over $200, but the price changes back to retail pricing at checkout, this may be caused by old browser session or cached website information.

Please try the following:

Sign out of your Dermafirm USA account.
Close the Dermafirm USA browser tabs.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies for DermafirmUSA.com.
Reopen the website.
Log back into your Professional Account.
Add the products to your cart again.
Confirm the qualifying professional order is at least $200.

You may also try an Incognito/Private browser window. If professional pricing works there, the issue is most likely related to the browser's cached session.

Step 5 — Still not working

If the problem continues after these steps, please contact Dermafirm USA support. Provide the email address associated with your Professional Account and, if possible, a screenshot of the cart or checkout showing the incorrect pricing.

A Dermafirm USA representative can verify your Professional Account status and assist further.
