Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing DermaFirm USA. We are committed to delivering our premium Korean medical-grade skincare and aesthetic products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.Β Placing an order with DermaFirm USA constitutes acceptance of these terms.


1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Professional, wholesale, and bulk orders may require additional processing time (typically 2–3 business days) to verify account credentials, inventory allocation, and shipping arrangements.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, product launches, or inventory verification, processing may take longer. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3–5 business days from the order date, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee, where eligible.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary based on destination, weather, carrier capacity, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selected based on destination, package size, and delivery requirements.

3. Shipping Rates
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.
  • Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying domestic orders meeting the stated minimum. Free shipping does not apply to expedited, international, or oversized shipments unless explicitly stated.
  • Wholesale and professional account holders may qualify for negotiated shipping rates, outlined in the Individual Account Agreement.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
  • For tracking questions or delivery updates, contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
  • DermaFirm USA is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or non-pickup are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Signature Confirmation
  • High-value orders (typically over $200) may require signature confirmation at delivery, at our discretion.
  • Customers may also request signature confirmation at checkout for added security.
  • Failed signature delivery attempts that result in package return are subject to reshipment fees outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. International Shipping
  • DermaFirm USA ships internationally to select countries. Availability is shown at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: International transit typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or destination postal services.
  • Restricted Products: Some products may be restricted from import into certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that ordered products are permitted in their country. DermaFirm USA is not responsible for seized, confiscated, or destroyed shipments due to country-specific import restrictions.
  • Refused International Shipments: Refused packages or packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to all return shipping costs, customs charges billed back to DermaFirm USA, and applicable restocking fees deducted from any refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (where carriers permit), APO/FPO addresses (USPS only), and select international destinations.
  • P.O. Boxes: USPS only. UPS and FedEx shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
  • Certain aesthetic devices, professional-only products, and prescription-grade items may have additional shipping restrictions or require professional license verification before shipment.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Damaged in Transit: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery to jessica@dermafirmusa.com with photos of the package and contents. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as undelivered or stuck in transit for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
  • Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for theft reporting procedures and resolution options.

10. Cold-Weather & Heat-Sensitive Shipping

Some of our products contain active ingredients (peptides, exosomes, PDRN, growth factors) that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures.

  • During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipment or recommend expedited shipping to preserve product integrity.
  • DermaFirm USA is not liable for product performance changes caused by extreme temperatures after the package leaves our facility.
  • For professional and wholesale accounts, refrigerated or temperature-controlled shipping options may be available upon request at additional cost.

11. Order Modifications & Cancellations
  • Orders may be modified or cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a modification or cancellation, email jessica@dermafirmusa.com immediately with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee changes for orders already in fulfillment.

12. Policy Modifications

DermaFirm USA reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on dermafirmusa.com at the time of purchase governs your order.
