Assessment & Preparation
Review the client's scalp condition, treatment history, sensitivities, and goals. Confirm suitability before each session. Follow the device instructions for scalp preparation, aseptic technique, and a new sterile, single-use cartridge for each client and session.
Optional comfort support: A clinician may consider topical anesthetic according to its labeling and the device instructions, including appropriate removal before treatment.

These proposed settings apply to either phase only when clinically appropriate. Actual depth, passes, and treatment endpoint must follow the device instructions and individual assessment; they are not fixed targets for every client.
Four-Session Plan · Allow 3–4 Weeks Between Sessions
The proposed course consists of 2 EXO-RN sessions followed by 2 H-Pure Peptide 6 sessions. Allow 3–4 weeks between every session, including the transition between formulas. Reassess recovery and suitability before each appointment; extend the interval when needed.
Session 1 · EXO-RN Foundation
Begin the foundational phase with EXO-RN after assessment and confirmation of product and device compatibility.
Session 2 · EXO-RN Foundation
Schedule 3–4 weeks after Session 1. Repeat the EXO-RN phase only if the scalp has recovered and reassessment supports treatment.
Session 3 · H-Pure Peptide 6
Schedule 3–4 weeks after Session 2. Progress to the peptide-focused phase once scalp recovery and clinical suitability are confirmed.
Session 4 · H-Pure Peptide 6

Assessment Before Every Session
Review scalp comfort, redness, flaking, tenderness, and any adverse response. If inflammation, flares, persistent dandruff, or other unhealthy scalp signs remain, postpone microneedling and evaluate the cause. Resume only after the condition has been addressed and the treating clinician confirms suitability.
Application Within Each Phase
Follow verified product and device instructions for application quantity and timing relative to microneedling. A full 5 mL vial is not automatically the required treatment dose. Use the proposed regional settings above only when supported by the device instructions and individual assessment.
This four-session schedule is a proposed planning framework, not a manufacturer-validated minimum or a guaranteed-results course. If any session is delayed, calculate the next 3–4-week interval from the actual treatment date.
Maintenance Phase · For Clients Showing Hair Growth
After the initial four-session course, clients with documented hair growth and a healthy, recovered scalp may be considered for a maintenance phase following professional reassessment. Hair growth alone does not establish readiness for further microneedling.

Post-Maintenance Reviews · 3 & 6 Months
Schedule follow-up assessments at 3 months and 6 months after the maintenance H-Pure session. Compare standardized photographs, hair-growth progress, shedding, scalp condition, and client experience. Use these findings to determine whether additional treatment is appropriate; these checkpoints are reviews rather than automatic microneedling appointments.
The maintenance pair and follow-up intervals are a proposed clinic plan, not a manufacturer-validated schedule or a guarantee of sustained hair growth.
Aftercare & Treatment Records
Provide device-specific written aftercare and a personalized follow-up plan. Record the formula, lot number, amount used, device settings, treatment areas, and response at every visit. Pause microneedling if scalp concerns arise and reassess before proceeding.
