How to Use Plasmatique Cold Plasma
Step 1: Setup

Connect the Main Body:

Attach the main body to the power adapter and connect the handpiece to the main unit.
Power On:

Turn on the power switch located on the back of the main unit. The device will take approximately 1 minute to fully start after powering on.
Set the Mode and Levels:

On the LCD touch screen, set the desired usage mode (Continuous or Pulse), time, and intensity level.
Continuous Mode: Ideal for large areas and experienced users as it offers uninterrupted plasma output.
Pulse Mode: Suitable for delicate areas and beginner users, as it minimizes skin damage by adjusting the plasma output automatically.
Levels can be adjusted using the controller, ranging from Level 1 (1.4W) to Level 5 (7W) based on the skin’s condition and sensitivity. For detailed or sensitive areas, it’s best to start at a lower level.
Ready for Operation:

Once settings are complete, press the [STANDBY] button. The screen will display [READY], and the red light on the unit will turn blue, indicating the device is in operational mode.
Start the Treatment:

Press the operating button on the handpiece to start the treatment. The status display will change to [RUN]. Press the button again to pause the operation if needed.
Step 2: Treatment Process
Prepare the Skin:

Ensure the treatment area is clean and completely dry before starting.
Treatment Modes:

Continuous Mode: Use this for large areas such as the face or scalp for faster results. Apply the device evenly across the treatment area.
Pulse Mode: Select the desired frequency (1Hz to 10Hz) and press [Enter] to start. This mode is suitable for precise, small areas or beginners who need gentler treatment. Plasma output is automatically adjusted to reduce skin irritation.
Adjust Intensity Levels:

Based on the treatment area and skin sensitivity, adjust the intensity levels as follows:
Acne/Redness: Levels 2-3
Brightening/Fine Wrinkles: Levels 1-3
Scalp Treatment: Levels 3-4
For sensitive skin, start at Level 1 or 2 and gradually increase based on tolerance.
Treatment Duration:

Adjust treatment time from a minimum of 5 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes in 5-minute increments. The default setting is 10 minutes, and the device will turn off automatically when the set time is reached.
Step 3: Post-Treatment Care
Apply Aftercare Products:

After the treatment, apply a soothing cream, mask pack, or sunscreen to protect and nourish the treated skin. This step is crucial to promote healing and regeneration.
Sterilize the Handpiece:

After each use, disinfect the plasma cap of the handpiece with an alcohol swab to ensure hygiene and prevent contamination.
Wait Before Reusing:

It’s recommended to wait 1-2 weeks before the next treatment to allow the skin to fully regenerate.
Step 4: Maintenance and Handpiece Replacement
Monitor Handpiece Usage:
The device tracks handpiece usage time. After 3,000 hours of use, the handpiece must be replaced.
To check the usage time, press the handpiece's [shot button] for 2 seconds while in [STANDBY] mode. The usage time display will appear on the screen.
Replace the Handpiece:
Once the maximum usage time (3,000 hours) is reached, the device will stop functioning. Turn off the unit, replace the handpiece, and resume use.
Ensure to remove the handpiece by holding the arrow-marked part of the connector lock to avoid damaging the device.
Safety Precautions
Device Care:

Always turn off the device when not in use. Store it away from heat, chemicals, and humidity (30-75% humidity range).
Avoid using the device on areas with lotion, gel, or serum. If any substance contacts the plasma tip, turn off the device and clean it gently with an alcohol swab.
Skin Care:

Do not use the device on the same spot for more than a few seconds to prevent skin damage.
If any abnormal skin reaction occurs, stop using the device immediately.
User Restrictions:

Avoid using the device if you have heart conditions, malignant tumors, severe skin trauma, or are pregnant.
Do not use the device on mucous membranes or heavily sun-exposed skin from the past 2-3 weeks.
