How to Clear Cache

Google Chrome Browser

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the More icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the address bar.
  3. Tap History, then select Clear browsing data....
  4. Choose a time range. The options include "Last 15 minutes," "Last hour," "Last 7 days," "Last 4 weeks," or "All time." "All time" will clear everything.
  5. In the "Basic" tab, check the box next to Cached images and files. You can also choose to clear your browsing history or cookies and site data.
  6. Tap Clear data. 

Safari Browser

  1. Open the Safari app.
  2. Tap the Bookmarks icon (it looks like an open book) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the History icon (the clock symbol).
  4. Tap Clear in the bottom right corner.
  5. Select a timeframe, such as "All History," and tap the red Clear History button. 

Internet Explorer/Edge Browser

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (More) in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  4. In the "Clear browsing data" section, tap Choose what to clear.
  5. Select a Time range and check the box for Cached images and files.
  6. Tap Clear now.
