Step 1: Cleanse Your Skin

Before starting your light therapy session, thoroughly cleanse your face to remove any dirt, makeup, and excess oil. A clean surface will help the LED light penetrate better into the skin.

Step 2: Assemble a Bio-Cell Mask (Optional)

This is an optional step. You can use any type of Bio-Cell Mask or another sheet mask compatible with LED light therapy. Remove the Bio-Cell Mask from its packaging and carefully unfold it. Place the mask onto your face, ensuring that it covers your entire face and aligns with your eyes, nose, and mouth. Adjust the mask for a comfortable fit.

Step 3: Turn on the OMEGA Light Therapy Machine

Plug in the power adapter and turn on the OMEGA Light Therapy Machine. Select the desired LED wavelength based on your skin concern. Use the up or down arrows to set the duration for the treatment. If you're new to light therapy, start with a 10-minute session. Over the course of a month, gradually increase the duration to 15 and then 20 minutes, eventually working up to a maximum of 30 minutes per session. Select the appropriate LED light based on the guide below:
- Red LED (640nm): For collagen production, fine lines, wrinkles, and skin texture.
- Blue LED (423nm): For acne, inflammation, and breakout prevention.
- Green LED (532nm): For redness, skin tone, and irritated skin.

Step 4: Begin the Treatment

Position the OMEGA Light Therapy Machine directly on top of your face, ensuring that the LED light covers the entire face area. Wear safety glasses for protection. Begin the treatment by selecting one of the following combinations:
- a. Press the IR button and then press the Red button.
- b. Press the IR button and then press the Blue button.
- c. Press the IR button and then press the Green button.
- d. Press the IR button and then press the Yellow button.
- e. Press the IR button and then press the R+B (Red + Blue) button.
Step 5: Monitor Your Skin’s Progress

During the treatment, observe your skin's response to the light therapy. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue the session and consult with a skincare professional.

Step 6: Post-Treatment Care

After your light therapy session, remove the sheet mask (if used) and apply your preferred serums, moisturizers, or other skincare products to help lock in the benefits of the light therapy treatment.
